- Ability to deliver to tight deadlines
- Extensive understanding/experience of testing methodologies i.e. Black / White / Grey box testing, regression/sanity/smoke testing
- Good background in the testing lifecycle/phases
- Excellent team working skills
- Good background in the full lifecycle of software development (inception to transition/Live)
