Recruitment Consultant
Santane Human Resources Division requires an enthusiastic team player to join the organisation as a Recruitment Consultant at its Delhi office in India. The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
  • Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract business from client companies;
  • Building relationships with clients;
  • Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment;
  • Advertising vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media;
  • Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates;
  • Completing all aspects of Recruitment process including searching suitable candidates, reviewing applications, managing interviews and liaising with both candidates and clients for successful completion of the project.
  • Offering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progression;
  • Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment processes. 
Education:
      B Eng. or equivalent;
      MBA or equivalent from reputed universities.
Reporting:
Recruitment Consultant will be based in Delhi and would have flexibility to work from home. This role will report to Director, Indian operations, who is also based in Delhi.


Benefits:
This role will provide excellent remuneration package with incentives directly linked to the individual’s performance. Candidates with right approach and willingness to go further are likely to be promoted to Senior Consultant or Principal Consultant within a short period of time. In addition candidates would be provided best training from international reputed training schools both in India and UK.

Business Development Executive - Santane India

Business Development Executive
Business development executives are responsible for promoting Santane in Indian markets by liaising with clients from various sectors including Information Technology, Engineering, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Banking and Consulting.
The key functions for business development executives include:
·         Introduce Santane to clients by means of quality presentations;
·         Negotiate projects with clients, issue proposals and quotations, follow-up;
·         Help prepare technical information to help with the marketing and sales;
·         Help Recruitment Consultants to make technical presentations to the clients;
·         Ensure that clients are satisfied with services;
·         Provide feedback from clients about QA process and deliverables.
This role will require the candidates to travel to various parts of India in order to contact the clients. It is also expected that the candidates should be able to travel internationally for training purposes or to join other Santane offices based in other parts of the world.

Reporting:
Business development executives will be based in any part of India and would have flexibility to work from home or from one of our offices in India. They will report to Director, Indian operations, who is based in Delhi.

These people would be at different stages of their professional career and are expected to be successful people with excellent networking capabilities.

The key functions for business development associates include:
  • Introduce Santane to existing clients by providing details of its operations, expertise and worldwide presence;
  • Identify opportunities for Santane in Indian markets and provide the necessary bridge link to the client for successful negotiations and in order to win the work;
  • Help Recruitment Consultants to make technical presentations to the clients.

Reporting:
Business development associates have no formal reporting requirements. They will liaise for all Indian business opportunities with Director, Indian operations, who is based in Delhi.
