Responsibilities
-       Responsible for gathering the process requirements from the business users and/or subject matter experts.
-       Responsible for facilitating the communication between the developers and the business users to clarify the requirements during the design and development phases.
-       Responsible for documenting the requirements.
-       Responsible for modeling the business process using modeling tools.

Education

-       BE / MBA or equivalent from a reputed university.
-       Advanced courses in Business Analysis and modeling of complex information systems.

Experience

Skill Sets

Business Analysis Skills:

Functional Skills:

-       Basic understanding of the domain knowledge. Banking knowledge is preferable.

QA Engineer

QA Engineer

Responsibilities
·       Responsible for Development (Preparing & Executing) & maintenance of Test scenarios and Test cases for Module, Integration and System testing.
·       Responsible for executing Test cases and gathering testing statistics.
·       Responsible for various types of testing like Smoke testing, Functional testing, Database testing, GUI,
·       Usability, Security testing, Integration, Validation & Regression testing, System testing.
·       Responsible for development and maintenance of stability and performance test plans and cases.
Education
·         B.E / MCA or equivalent from a reputed university
·         Introductory courses in Quality Assurance and Software Testing methodologies.
Experience
·      At least 2-3 years of experience in testing of J2ee based enterprise applications.
·      Should have experience in Manual & Automation testing using tools like Selenium, WinRunner etc.
·      Exposure to the complete software development life cycle (SDLC) process.
·      Has been involved in QA of at least one enterprise project.
Skill Sets
The QA Engineer should be software professional with a computer science or related degree with good hands on knowledge and experience in testing and quality assurance of enterprise applications. The QA Engineer should have the required expertise to install and set up application test environments, and should have the critical thinking skills needed to test enterprise applications.

Functional Skills:
·         Basic understanding of application domain and functional requirements
·         Good understanding of Integration, System Test & Performance Test.

Specification Skills:

·         Preparing Test specifications based on the functional specifications.
·         Preparing Test Data’s for the test cases

Test Skills:
·         Preparing Test Environment to execute the test cases.
·         Defect Tracking & hand holding with development team in order to fix defects/issues
·         Timely reporting and escalation to Team Lead and other stake holders
·         Creation & Execution of Automated test cases.
·         Scripting is an additional skill set, which is not mandatory but preferable.

Soft Skills:
·         Communication proficiency

·       Responsible for implementing the solution from the application design into a deployable program.
·      Implementation includes development of the program code, data model, business logic & rules and GUI screens.
·      Responsible for the development of the data model, UI form layouts, integration to external back end systems, creation of validation/verification logic, and the application of business rules specific to the application.
·       Responsible for assisting in testing/QA and deployment process.

Education

·         Introductory courses in (OOD) Object Oriented Design and OOP (Object Oriented Programming).
Experience
·         Atleast 3+ years of experience in development of J2ee based enterprise applications.
·         Exposure to the complete software development life cycle (SDLC) process.
·         Has been involved in development of at least one enterprise project.

Skill sets

The application developer should be software professional with a computer science or related degree with good hands on knowledge and experience in developing and deploying enterprise applications. Asset Integrity Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION 
ASSET INTEGRITY ENGINEER
SALARY: NEGOTIABLE
RESPONSIBILITIES
As Asset Integrity Engineer your main responsibilities will include:



  • Execute all activities in line with Asset Integrity Management System (AIMS), policy, strategy, procedures and plan 
  • Comply at all times with AIMS process 
  • Facilitate education and awareness of Asset Integrity good practice across all company assets 
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationship with peers and asset teams so as to achieve effective delivery and optimization of Asset Integrity on the assets 
  • Promote and actively support AIMS process at all levels in the community 
  • Monitor the effectiveness of Asset Integrity management arrangements in place 
  • Report on AIMS effectiveness through line 
  • Support and actively participate were required in internal audits in the area of Asset Integrity 
  • Ensure line management is well informed about Asset Integrity management issues 
  • Establish and maintain strong links with relevant external bodies and internal functions 
  • Actively manage Asset Integrity delivery in response to Asset Integrity reporting and KPI's 
  • Actively challenge as appropriate the organisation's success in managing Asset Integrity 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE



  • BSc, B.Eng. or similar or 
  • HND/HNC in engineering or equivalent with considerable experience and job responsibilities in relevant Asset Integrity positions 
  • Demonstration of continued personal development through other relevant qualifications 
  • Detailed knowledge of Asset Integrity Management Systems, anomaly management (through to close out) in an offshore environment 
  • Detailed knowledge of relevant legislative, regulatory, codes and technical standards (covering on and offshore installations) 
  • Demonstrable experience in the selection and implementation of Asset Integrity strategies, selection and use of Inspection and Fabric Maintenance Strategies including; Risk Based strategies, RBI, FEA and criticality techniques in general 
  • Demonstrable working knowledge of pipelines, pressure systems, structures, vessels, fabric, hazardous equipment maintenance and inspection requirements in a hazardous environment and experience of ensuring the delivery of the planned scopes 
  • Demonstrable experience in the supervision / management of Subcontractors, ICB, Asset Integrity and inspection teams, including development of personnel in an offshore environment 
  • Working knowledge of Offshore Installation Management regulations

RESPONSIBILITIES
Successful International Sales Manager will be responsible for:

• Selling a range of microwave moisture measurement into the concrete industry.
• Spearheading growth into new applications that have proved to be successful including animal feed and grain as well as in sugar and asphalt production.
• Developing business opportunities throughout OEM's, systems integrators, distributors and end-users.
• Managing an international territory covering China, South East Asia, India, Middle/Far East, Australia and pockets of Europe with a key focus on the French market.
• Working in a long term relationship building sales role alongside technical sales and marketing support.
SKILLS

Successful International Sales Manager will have:
• A proven background in international sales.
• A proven track record in a technical sales role.
• An appreciation of automation / process control or a background in instrumentation or civil engineering would be advantageous however not essential.
• French as a language would be highly preferred, however other European languages would be considered.
• A likable personality with a charismatic approach to represent company at all levels across the world.
• Based at the Head Office in Surrey, UK with international travel (a relocation package can be offered)
