Oracle HRMS/HCM


Project Number: SAS-267-P01-17 

Total Experience: 7 to 14 years 

This role is responsible for hands on enhancement development projects and support on the following  
               
  • Oracle HRMS/HCM modules Performance Management, Goals Management, OTL,OLM.
  • Good experience in Oracle fusionapps ( 2 to 3 years).
  • Have good experience in Release Management, Configuration, TR dashboard & FBL migration.   
  • Technical skills required for release upgrade – SQL, PL/SQL for data extraction and migration, Unix Shell scripting.  
  • Non-Technical Skills Demonstrate enthusiasm and a sense of ownership for systems and components   that are vital to the success of the business. 
  • Eagerness to mentor junior staff This role has both large technical and business components that require communication skills that span multiple skillsets.  
The candidate must be able to speak technically with developers to communicate responsibilities, as well as help brainstorm technical designs solutions.   

In addition the candidate must be able to work directly with business partners, business analysts, and quality assurance team members to consult on solutions, aide with requirements, and ensure test coverage.  

Furthermore, the candidate will need to be able to effectively communicate with the vendor regarding product issues and product enhancements.

Self starter self motivation to learn new technologies and business practices, Demonstrate strong collaboration across all disciplines.  

Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment. 

Ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems Desire to learn business processes and the data that supports the processes. 

Good verbal and written communication skills. 

Ready to work in 2nd shift. (night shift once in a month for a week).
