Job
Description
|
- Experience with
development and implementation of Service Now ITSM modules - Incident
Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change
Management, Knowledge Management or other ITSM application.
- Exposure to
Service Now platform capabilities and tools like Discovery and
Orchestration and other applications like HR, GRC etc.
- Understands
technical and functional design requirements related to Service Now.
- Create and manage
scripts and workflow.
- Create and manage
shared reports and dashboards
- Design, develop
and test new Service Catalog items
- Proven experience
implementing and customizing a web architected, n-tiered enterprise
application
- Integration using
REST/SOAP and JSON
- Experience in one
(or more) scripting languages: JavaScript, Python, Perl, Unix Shell,
Windows Shell)
- Experience with
relational databases (e.g. MySQL, Oracle)
- A fundamental
understanding of ITSM, ITIL or CMDB
- Scripted
Web-Services, AJAX, Business Rules, JavaScript, SOAP, REST SSO-SAML
Setup and Integration of ServiceNow to Other Applications
- Customizing
Service Now using UI Pages, UI Macro & CMS using CSS, HTML, Jelly.
- Custom UI Changes
with usage of Web Technologies such as DOM, HTML changes.
- Experience
integrating Service Now with Salesforce.com (good to have)

Primary-
Skill Set Required:
|
- 4-year college degree.
- Minimum of 5 years working IT environment.
- Minimum of 2 years working with Service Now.
- Developer experience (JavaScript required).
- Excellent written and verbal skills. Must be able to communicate
well with all areas of the business.
- A fundamental understanding of ITSM, ITIL or CMDB
- Experience in Web technologies (Web Services, XML, Ajax, HTML,
CSS
- Experience working with CMDB (configuration
management database)
