Job Description:
Total Experience: 8 to 10 years 

  • Good experience in Oracle HR, SSHR and OTL modules.
  • Experience in Oracle Applications R12 HRMS Modules.
  • Good to have worked on Altirius - Incident Management system and JIRA
  • Problem Management system.
  • Good to have Oracle Fusion, Oracle Fusion Apps
  • Goal Management, Performance Management.
  • Should have worked on different technical components of HR Modules like Discoverer Reports, Interfaces and Extensions.
  • Should understand the Oracle HR Modules process flow and setups.
  • Should have at least one Oracle R12 Support and or implementation project experience.
  • Should be able to communicate with users worldwide, understand the business process issues and provide resolutions and implement enhancement solutions
  • Can coordinate with the offshore team on 24x7 support issue resolutions, enhancement development works..
  • Good experience in client interaction.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ready to work in 2nd shift. (night shift once in a month for a week).
