Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Knowledgable on Technical Risk Assessment. Offshore & onshore QRA, Offshore Safety Case, Safety studies (Fire / Hydrocarbon Analysis, Smoke & Gas Ingress Analysis, Non-Hydrocarbon Hazard Analysis (NHHA), Escape, Evacuation & Rescue Analysis (EERA)), HSEMS, CIMAH, Demonstration of Safe Operation (DOSO), Emergency Response Plan (ERP) and Health Risk Assessment (HRA), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) others safety methodology approaches.

Experience & Skills Required:

• Degree in Chemical/Process or Engineering Discipline or Equivalent
• Membership of any Engineering Society (Optional)
• At least 10 years experience in performing HSE Case Works
• Performed Process Safety Management Works minimum 10 years

• HAZID Chairman for onshore activities.
• Develop more than seven (7) HSE Case Studies either Operational or Design.

• At least 8 years experience in performing HSE Case Works
• Process Safety Management Works minimum 5 years

• Escape, Evacuation & Rescue Analysis (EERA), Safety Critical Element (SCE) Development, Performance Standards (PS), Bow-tie Analysis / HEMP, Modern Safety Management (MSM), Trainer, Reliability, Availability & Maintainability (RAM) Study, SIL Determination, SIL Classification, SIL Verification.
• Expert user of MAROS or TARO or other equivalent software
• Develop more than ten (10) HSE Case Studies either Operational or Design.

• At least 12 years experience in performing HSE Case Works
