Job training for the batches.
- Conducting Refresher trainings.
- Taking care of Training Modules &
MIS.
- conducts
training need identification and analysis evaluation and training
assessments.
- overseeing
the MIS reporting metrics, identify trends and take appropriate action on the
same.
- maintain
updated course and training evaluations for management review.
- Coach,
mentor, monitor and provide feedback to resources on regular basis.
