Job Description:
Total Experience: 7 to 14 years
  • This role is responsible for hands on enhancement development projects and support on the following Oracle HRMS/HCM modules Performance Management, Goals Management, OTL,OLM.
  • Good experience in Oracle fusionapps( 2 to 3 years)
  • Have good experience in Release Management, Configuration, TR dashboard & FBL migration.  
  • Technical skills required for release upgrade – SQL, PL/SQL for data extraction and migration, Unix Shell scripting.
  • Non-Technical Skills Demonstrate enthusiasm and a sense of ownership for systems and components that are vital to the success of the business
  • Eagerness to mentor junior staff This role has both large technical and business components that require communication skills that span multiple skillsets.
  • The candidate must be able to speak technically with developers to communicate responsibilities, as well as help brainstorm technical designs solutions.
  • In addition the candidate must be able to work directly with business partners, business analysts, and quality assurance team members to consult on solutions, aide with requirements, and ensure test coverage.  Furthermore, the candidate will need to be able to effectively communicate with the vendor regarding product issues and product enhancements.
  • Self starterself motivation to learn new technologies and business practices, Demonstrate strong collaboration across all disciplines.
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.

Job Description:
Total Exp.: 6 to 8  years

  • Should have between 6 to 8 years’ experience (Java, Android development) with Hands-on development.
  • Strong OO design and programming skills.
  • Extensive Experience in Android SDK (5+ years) which includes
  • Strong knowledge of Fragments (Must have)
  • Experience of Android Services & Receivers (Must have)
  • Hands on experience of web service api calls, using network API’s (Must have), sensors and SSL /        certificate management
  • Experience of storage and persistence API’s
  • Hands-on knowledge of using Android Studio (Must have)
  • Good knowledge on third party library integration
  • Knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
  • Knowledge of using GIT / version control systems

Job Description:
Total Experience: 7 to 10 years

  • Hands on Experience in SOA and Oracle RAC Real Application Cluster with ASM Monitoring Sessions Tuning SQLs.
  • Performance tuning of database and improving init.ora parameters Tablespaces and data files on raw devices and file systems including stripping and mirroring.
  • Good experience in Unix/Shell scripting.  
  • Having knowledge of fusion cloud  side of Admin.
  • UNIX Operating System with understanding of Kernel parameters and Volumes NAS amp SAN and File Systems.
  • Hands on Experience in upgrading database 10g to 11g. Hands on Experience in DR setup and maintaining along with Oracle Data guard EBusiness Suite
  • Full Understanding of the EBusiness Suite with its architecture 11i amp R12.
  • Hands on experience in Installation and maintenance of Ebusiness 11i amp R12 environment. Trouble shooting, Monitoring, Performance tuning of Ebusiness Application Servers.
  • Hands on Experience in EBS Upgrade 11i to R12 Worked in EBS production support 24 x 7 model.
  • Hands on experience in ERP application cloning, patching and troubleshooting concurrent managers issues 10GAS Portal amp OID Full Understanding of the Portal and OID Installation and Services.

  • Good experience in Oracle HR, SSHR and OTL modules.
  • Experience in Oracle Applications R12 HRMS Modules.
  • Good to have worked on Altirius - Incident Management system and JIRA
  • Problem Management system.
  • Good to have Oracle Fusion, Oracle Fusion Apps
  • Goal Management, Performance Management.
  • Should have worked on different technical components of HR Modules like Discoverer Reports, Interfaces and Extensions.
  • Should understand the Oracle HR Modules process flow and setups.
  • Should have at least one Oracle R12 Support and or implementation project experience.
  • Should be able to communicate with users worldwide, understand the business process issues and provide resolutions and implement enhancement solutions
  • Can coordinate with the offshore team on 24x7 support issue resolutions, enhancement development works..
  • Good experience in client interaction.
