Job Requirements:

Position: Project Manager

Responsible for managing the project from all aspects with focus on schedule, communication, cost and quality. Complete ownership and responsibility for the projects and ensuring quality in all aspects of the project management.

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in a related engineering discipline (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in leading a new product development project or design to production transition projects.
• Experience in electromechanical product development
• Profound working knowledge of project management methods (PMI Prince2). Certification is not mandatory.
• Working experience in international company in project management (Product development or SCM/Production fields)
• Should have executed one full cycle project from design to production.
• Expertise in planning and managing schedule, budget and risk.
• Co-coordinating with different stakeholders involved in the project.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Good Influencing skill in getting work done.
