order to further enhance our growth in Indian and South Asian markets, we are
looking for an Operations Manager who would be responsible for our operations
in these territories.

Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Strong conceptual understanding of the Recruitment and Resourcing Business requirements. Should be able to understand the business needs clearly.
- Adept at setting up of financial, sales and turnover targets, creating detailed execution plans and effectively delivering them.
- Responsible for quality management including implementing ISO certifications as per business requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to model, influence and manage team to maintain rigor in process, compliance, and operational expertise. Proven ability to attract, lead, motivate and inspire a team of recruiting consultants.
- Directing, motivating and developing staff, maximizing individual contributions and supporting, professional growth. The candidate must be strong in conflict resolution and shall demonstrate exceptional team management skills.
- Working with client to ensure the timely understanding of current and future workforce.
- Ensure customer satisfaction as per set TAT on service delivery.
- Developing and implementing strategic recruitment programs. Needs and implementing improvements to staffing processes, including sourcing and selection.
- Developing recruitment best practices which support the organization's goals and direction, Coaches others on candidate screening techniques and methods.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience managing multiple relationships and volume vacancies.
- Preference will be given to candidates with contract staffing / staff augmentation experience.
- Bachelor’s degree, preference will be given to engineering degree candidates.
