Responsibilities

-       Responsible for gathering the process requirements from the business users and/or subject matter experts.

-       Responsible for facilitating the communication between the developers and the business users to clarify the requirements during the design and development phases.

-       Responsible for documenting the requirements.

-       Responsible for modeling the business process using modeling tools.

Education

-       BE / MBA or equivalent from a reputed university.

-       Advanced courses in Business Analysis and modeling of complex information systems.

Experience

-       At least 3+ years of experience in business analysis of enterprise scale applications.

-       Exposure to the software development life cycle (SDLC) process and best practices.

Skill Sets

Business Analysis Skills:

-       Possess core competency in Business Process Management principles.

Functional Skills:

-       Basic understanding of business concept.

-       Basic understanding of accounting and finance.

-       Requirement Analysis and Design methodology proficiency.

-       Basic understanding of the domain knowledge. Banking knowledge is preferable.

-       Good experience with models like Use cases, Activity diagrams and other UML models.

-      

Soft Skills:

-       Communication proficiency and Good interviewing skills

-       Presentation proficiency

-       Facilitation proficiency

-       Writing proficiency
