Nuclear criticality safety professionals required to service existing contracts from our client’s offices in Warrington and/or Westlakes. Our client is looking for consultants with experience ranging from junior assessors (minimum 2 years relevant experience) to senior safety practitioners.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate experience in some of the following areas: criticality hazard identification and HAZOP study member, preparation of criticality safety assessments, competent use of criticality codes MONK, WIMS, KENO, MCNP, peer review of criticality safety submissions, preparation of CID omission cases, application of analytical techniques using nuclear data. Experience of both uranium and plutonium systems would be beneficial.
Applicants should be degree qualified in an appropriate science/engineering discipline, a strong/confident communicator, highly motivated with relevant and demonstrable experience in this field.
