Tasks & Responsibilities:  
Qualified Chartered accountant with 5-6 years of relevant Tax exp in Manufacturing / IT Hardware Sales Company.  Also options: Service Industry for Hardware products.
Must know the Direct Tax accounting principles including but not limiting to Tax Provisioning, Deferred and Current Tax computation, Applying the Tax accounting Standards to transactions
Responsible for Accounting for the Tax related transactions giving the Tax entries to the Accounting team. Reconciliation of Tax accounts on regular basis, evaluation of need of carrying provision for Tax
Should have good working knowledge of Indirect Tax – including Sales Tax, Service Tax, Excise etc
Execution of Tax Audit and all tax related schedules in Statutory Audit.
Manage tax operations (tax payments/ return filings/ VAT/ST Audits/ etc) across all States in engagement with the consultants.
Must be able to front end with Tax consultants in terms of discussing a particular Tax position, seeking opinions on Tax matters (Direct or Indirect).
Service provider to internal teams on Company Tax matters relating to Customers issues / contracts etc.

Education & Trainings:  
(Basic & Professional)
Qualified CA   with 6-8 years experience       

Technical know how:    
Mandatory:
Very Good working knowledge of Indirect tax, and also working knowledge on Direct tax. 
Good to know:
Strong documentation, process layout skills, hence good in terms or MS Office-Word, Excel, Power point
Knowledge of SAP and other finance ERP System.

Soft Skills: 
 Excellent communication skills: Written, Verbal
Strong Leadership and driving spirit.

Total                :  6-8 years Post qualification. With 4-5 years in taxation.

Project Manager (SCM) / Production Manager (PLM)

Tasks & Responsibilities:                   
  • Provide technical manufacturing support to R&D.
  • Act as technical interface to R&D, Operations team and Supplier (Contract manufacturer)
  • Work with contract manufacturer’s manufacturing team to ensure manufacturing and assembly operations are setup per COMPANY guidelines/standards.
  • Will be Responsible for a smooth production ramp up at external manufacturing partner(s) with the target to achieve robust and cost effective production and assembly processes including time & motion study
  • Participate in root cause analysis and lead the technical resolution interfacing with contract manufacturer and R&D.
  • Work closely with the contract manufacturers technical team for establishing required manufacturing/assembly setup for building prototypes and production.
  • Ability to use statistical and DOE tools to solve manufacturing problems.
  • Coordinate with R&D and Suppliers (Contract manufacturer) to develop part specific fixtures/gauges for process development leading up to pilot lot to production.
  • Electromechanical product manufacturing / assembly background
  • Experience in assembly line setup and supplier management in setting up lines.
  • Ensures that supply chain requirements (e.g. costs, procurement, logistics and production aspects) are considered in the early development phase & acts SCM leaders from project perspective
  • Active participation representing COMPANY in process development of new products with emphasis on building process capability on all critical secondary processes from pilot production through serial production
Education & Trainings:  
  • B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic from a reputed institute with an extensive professional background in a technical oriented environment (High Tech Industry)
  • MBA Would be added advantage
Technical know how:  (Mention the technology on which person must be experienced)                                                 
  • Proven experience (>5 yrs) in Process Engineering, PPC & manufacturing operations. - must
  • Good knowledge in Manufacturing, Vendor Development & Project Management is preferred
  • Experience in supporting R&D projects
  • Technical Degree or Business Administration Degree with an extensive professional background in a technical oriented environment (High Tech Industry)
  • Project management skills
  • Experience in managing manufacturing service providers
  • Fluent English
Good to know:
  • Experience of working in a PLM based environment will have an added advantage

Job Description & Responsibility
  • Selling our PLM Solutions value in the Indian market for products from Dassault Systems, MSC, Autodesk, Siemens, PTC, iProducts & Services (PLM, Training, customization)
  • Participate in budgeting process, achieve targets and control budget 
  • Generate leads, convert them in prospects and build sales pipeline 
  • Pursue business development, discuss and frame solutions for customer requirements, prepare and submit proposals, customer follow-up and acquire business. 
  • Control complete cycle from Purchase Order till collection including Order acquisition, deployment of service professionals, billing, payment collection, PO amendments etc.
  • Coordination with Delivery/Pre Sales team
  • Liaison with local SAP/CRM Sales personnel

Experience Required
  • B.E/B.Tech (B.E/B.Tech - Mech/Prod/Tool & Die with MBA will be preferred)
  • 4-12 Years of Sales/Presales/Implementation or delivery experience
