Responsibilities:
To deliver Human Factors (HF) projects to a high technical standard. Plan and manage own work to meet technical, budget and project requirements.

To deliver Human Factors (HF) projects to a high technical standard. Plan and manage own work to meet technical, budget and project requirements.
Essential skills & experience:
- Degree qualified in Human Factors / closely-related subject
- Knowledge and experience of a broad range of Human Factors principles and methods, and their role and application within the Oil, Gas & Process sectors
- Minimum 5 years’ experience practicing Human Factors in an engineering or engineering consultancy capacity
- Experience working within the Oil and Gas sectors
- Experience working within the Nuclear sector
- Member of IEHF (or equivalent professional body)
- Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills with a practical and pragmatic approach to problem solving.
- Highly motivated, with the ability to conduct assignments in parallel, and the initiative to work independently when required.
